AI Cinema Network — The Global Index of AI Filmmaking

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Cinema Network (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Cinema Network provides a global index and intelligence platform for AI-generated filmmaking. The Service includes public rankings, premium analytics dashboards, industry reports, and related data services.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription Services

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of AI Cinema Network.

5. Index Score Data

AI Cinema Index scores are calculated algorithmically based on published methodology. Scores are recalculated weekly. AI Cinema Network does not guarantee the accuracy of scores and reserves the right to modify scoring methodology at any time. Score data may not be used for commercial purposes without express written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, data, scoring methodology, and materials available through the Service are the property of AI Cinema Network or its licensors. The AI Cinema Index™ is a trademark of AI Cinema Network. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of Service content is prohibited.

7. Data Export

Premium subscribers may export data in accordance with their plan features. Exported data is licensed for internal use only. Redistribution, resale, or public republication of exported data sets requires a separate data licensing agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

AI Cinema Network provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall AI Cinema Network be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Modifications

AI Cinema Network reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
